More December Catch-Up

As it was for most, December was a busy month for us, so here's a very quick photo recap of the kinds of stuff we were doing:
Had Cousin *P over for a sleepover

Hosted the playgroup at our house for ornament-painting (Alton in blue shirt on left)

Katie worked on holiday gift projects, like a baby sweater for Cousin Baby Molina... (coming in Feb!)

...and a green sweater vest for Papa and purple beaded scarf for Nonna

We went to ZooLights at the Oregon Zoo with friends *B, *F, & their parents.


Alton got potty-trained (!!!!!) and before we knew it, it was Christmas!


Grammy and Grandpa came up for a visit (and brought their dog, Tye, you aren't seeing double in this picture)

Some of Alton's holiday bounty included new cars and Legos... (including a mini Mini of his own!)

...and his first board games from Uncle K.C., Aunt Cici and Uncle Julio, Grammy and Grandpa, and Aunt Coleen and Uncle Mike. He'll be busy!


Besides playing, there was a lot of reading going on, naturally

And a few days after Christmas, we bundled up between showers for a walk through the park

Alton collected sticks to throw in the little lake

And played "Pooh Sticks" in the stream
